An in-house attorney with in-depth expertise in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, Michele has nearly 20 years of experience at Fortune 500 companies. Michele has a proven history of growth, a results-driven philosophy and a demonstrated skill for developing strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
At IngenioRx, Michele serves as Chief Legal Officer, responsible for facilitating business strategy, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating enterprise risks. In addition to overseeing the IngenioRx Regulatory and Compliance Group, Michele also provides leadership and guidance to the Client Contracting and PBM Contract Compliance Groups, and is the legal representative to PCMA.
Prior to IngenioRx, Michele served as Senior Associate General Counsel for Anthem’s Pharmacy Division. As Assistant General Counsel at Express Scripts, she was the primary legal support for Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and Commercial and Exchange products. Michele has also held roles at the Guardian Life Insurance Company, Munich Healthcare Group, and the United States District Court.
A resident of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, Michele received her Juris Doctorate Degree from New York Law School. She is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.
