Beverly Brown

With over 15 years as a leader in human resources, Beverly has supported organizations ranging from 300 to 50,000 employees.

In her role with IngenioRx, Beverly is responsible for creating and delivering a high performing, engaged and transformational workforce that will transform the member and customer experience.

Prior to joining Anthem, Beverly worked for CareerBuilder in a variety of leadership roles, implementing innovative approaches to improve employee engagement via a lean approach to working in human resources. She also created an internal mentoring program during her time in the Atlanta office. Beverly worked for Nissan Motor Corporation as a District Manager.

Beverly holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee and her Master of Business Administration degree from the Keller School of Management. Additionally, Beverly is an avid campaign leader for the Lupus Foundation of America, Georgia chapter, where she serves as team captain for the annual walk to raise funds to contribute to finding a cure.
